Hi! This is Chloe Jiahe Huang. I go by both Chloe and Jiahe (pronounced as jyah-huh in Mandarin).
I am a first-year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of California, San Diego, advised by Prof. Rose Yu. Previously, I received my (dual) B.S.E. in Data Science from the University of Michigan and B.E. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. During my undergraduate, I have been fortunate to be mentored by Prof. JJ Park and Dr. Guandao Yang.
My current research focuses on generative models and scientific machine learning, with an emphasis on bridging physical systems and data-driven insights. I am particularly interested in developing energy-based and neural approaches that generate high-fidelity physical data and improve generalization. My work is motivated by applications such as physics-based simulation and biomedical modeling, among others.
